Tutorial: Developing leJOS programs with IntelliJ on windows

Postby MarcoE » Fri Dec 27, 2013 10:58 am

Hey folks,

I just wanted to let you know, that I wrote a tutorial on how to (how I) develop lejos programs (for the version 0.5.0-alpha) with my favourite IDE IntelliJ on windows. It does not contain the process of creating the sd card or establishing the WiFi connection (because there are howtos on the sourceforge wiki). But it contains ways to get the sources from git, configuring and creating the HelloWorld-project (and the jar) in IntelliJ and transfering / executing the jar from windows on the ev3. You can find it here http://www.rapidpm.org/2013/12/developi ... ellij.html . Recognize that I am not part of the lejos developer crew and the tutorial isn't official in any way. Just wanted to let people know how I got it running.

Greets,

Marco
