Control NXJ via PC (usb)

Postby virgiawanap » Fri Feb 07, 2014 9:37 am

Hello everyone, I want to build the chess robot using Lego NXT (with Lejos), and I want to move the robot via pc (usb) in command prompt.
How can I connect brick with pc (via usb) to give rotation motor command in port A by using keyboard via usb pc (command prompt) ?
I need your help for my undergraduate thesis project :(

There are some good examples that you can use as a reference. These are the Lejos examples.

You can download them using import function in eclipse.:)

I would read the input from the command prompt (see BufferedReader with InputStreamReader), send it to the brick (see USBSend) and then process it.
