These are compiler warnings, not errors. If everything works, you don’t need to worry about them.

Ok here is the mother-of-all hacks.
Put:
jni.h
jni_md.h

in the :
../lejos_nxj/src/jbluez
../lejos_nxj/src/libnxt

folders.

Thanks Shawn , of all suggestions tried this is the one that allowed me to finally get the ant to work. on Ubuntu 7.10
Then to get the firmware updated i had to do

* Atmel Corp seem to be the NXT (tried lsusb while plugged in - then while plug off then figured it out) BTW every time you plug unplug ,,, the Device number changes,, keep that in mind.

wooot woot i see the NXJ logo on my NXT brick.... now for the real fun to start!!!
