When the brick is switched on, leJOS logo is displayed first and then data abort:
It looks like the problem in flash memory. I tried to log a data to a file. But the log file isn't big (about 6 KB). There was two small java classes also.
What should I do? Maybe I need reinstall leJOS?

I would try doing nxjflash again. This does not affect user flash memory, so your files should still be there. If this does not work, there could be a corruption of the user flash memory. Calling File.format() should fix this (and wipe out all user files), but if you cannot start up you won't be able to do this. If all else fails, flash the standard Lego firmware again (which will wipe out all of leJOS) and then flash leJOS again. It would be good to find out what caused your problem. The current File code is not very robust - it needs more checks in it.
