You can produce your Java program with Eclipse or a text editor.

Start a cmd window (e.g. Start>Run> cmd on wIndows XP), and make sure you have NXJ_HOME set and your PATH includes the Java JDK bin directory and lejos_nxj\bin - see the README..html file.

cd to the directory containing your Java source.

Then compile you program with nxjc, e.g:

Code: Select all
nxjc Test.java

and link and download it with nxj, e.g:

Code: Select all
nxj Test

By Java source, I meant your Java program.

There is an Eclipse plugin in the SVN repository now. The third version of it (0.3) is currently being tested. It will be in the next release of leJOS.

Until the new plugin is available, you can just use this guide to set up eclipse:

http://legolab.daimi.au.dk/DigitalContr ... guide.html

it works really well

You can use the plugin now - see the "Lejos Eclipse plugin" post.

We have not yet decided on when to do a new release. It depends on what new developments get finished in the next few weeks.
