Matrix Robotics support

Postby tatobrutto » Thu Nov 21, 2013 5:24 pm

Hi everybody,
I'm currently working on adding Matrix Robotics support to leJOS.
Since I’m almost done I would like to know if there are people interested in beta testing it?
Let me know…
Bye,
Frank

Perhaps you would like to explain a little about exactly what it is you have and how people could use it...

Yes, it was quite cryptic/short.
I’m writing the java classes to use the Matrix Robotics controller (http://matrixrobotics.com/) with the NXT Brick & leJOS.
This is similar to the already available Tetrix abstraction (see http://www.lejos.org/nxt/nxj/api/lejos/ ... oller.html).
I would like to share with you the code I wrote because I really like leJOS; actually I never program the NXT using something different :-)
I don’t know how much Matrix is popular now (it’s quite new), but since it is used for competition like FTC I guess it not so “exotic”.
I did some deep testing myself but to really discover bugs I need different users so, if have a Matrix Kit just let me know and I will be happy to share the code here in the forum.

Better?
